Appraisal Basic Principles & Procedures

This course has been designed to meet the requirements of the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board and the criteria of the Appraiser Qualifications Board.  No state exam is required for completion of the course or to qualify for the Georgia Registered Appraiser classification.  This 90-hour course does not include the required 4-hour AQB approved Supervisory/Trainee Course to obtain the Georgia Trainee Appraiser classification.

Refund Policy
  • Registrants may receive a full refund if registration canceled more than four (4) weeks prior to the first day of the course.
  • If registration is canceled between two (2) and four (4) weeks prior to the first day of class, there will be 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than two (2) weeks prior to the first day of class will not receive any refund.

About the Instructor

Wade Gaddy is a Certified Residential Appraiser who has been providing residential real estate appraisal services for south metro Atlanta for over 30 years.  Since 1972, he has been teaching real estate appraisal and real estate courses. He teaches for the Appraisal Foundation, the federal regulatory agency in Washington DC as well as schools located throughout Georgia.

Wade Gaddy is also a Certified USPAP Instructor of the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, DC.

Course Times: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm with one hour lunch break
